Key Responsibilities
- Takes a lead role in the management of Travel & Expense (T&E) reimbursement processing and reconciliation, compliance audits, payment requests, and delinquent expense report review/reporting.
- Provide updates to the travel policy, concur audit, and update system to align.
- Ensure adherence to both anti-corruption and travel policies through monitoring and audit.
- Highly visible position with heavy upper management Involvement.
- Invoice workflow frontend support: invoice scanning, capture verification, routing, and troubleshooting.
- Maintenance of employee paid credit program through the JPMorgan PaymentNet system Including new hire setup, monitoring and adjusting credit limits, payment collection efforts, and administration.
- Liaises with travel partners, banking partners, and program partners to ensure compliance with travel policy.
- Provide training to new hires and periodic refresher training to all SAP users including US & Japan.
- Cross-train in Payroll and act as backup.
- Special projects as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or associate degree with five (5) years of accounting-related activities.
- Intermediate skill level of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of data workflows and root cause analysis, accountability, compliance, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
