As a Senior Hardware Electronics Engineer at Landis+Gyr, you will work within a dynamic, Agile, and globally connected R&D structure, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create cutting-edge products and manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance electronic products and manufacturing equipment
- Collaborate on electronic designs for residential metering, EV charging, and communication products
- Ensure cost-effective and robust designs align with company standards and regulations
- Drive component selection and qualification processes
- Lead product qualification for regulatory approvals
- Provide rapid response to manufacturing equipment issues and participate in fault diagnostics
- Produce electronic hardware designs meeting standards and requirements
- Develop designs from product specifications using Azure Dev Ops
- Generate design and test specifications and documentation
- Select components, conduct qualification, and document results
- Participate in design reviews and lead test plan creation

Qualifications
