Job Summary
As a Program Management Intern, you will work closely with Actuation Product Line including products such as WESEEA and PMEMA to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects within our organization. This hands-on role will provide you with valuable exposure to project management including customer deliverables, meetings, and risk and opportunity tracking.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and tracking deliverables
- Help monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues
- Support project managers in coordinating project activities, meetings, and communications
- Assist in maintaining project documentation and reports and tracking databases
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
