Customer Service Advisor
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the Lubricants team at Certas Energy based at our Warrington Head Office.
Working as part of the Customer Services team, you will be passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience to new and existing customers.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for our customers. You will process customer orders and requests submitted by telephone and email. You will deal with all customer enquiries, from checking stock availability, helping with general product queries, liaising with our logistics/operational team by chasing up outstanding customer orders and making sure you keep the customer informed of any delays or changes in delivery requests. You will also work closely with the sales teams, supporting the onboarding of new customers, setting up customer price files and providing customer reports when required.
We’re looking for:
- Customer Service Experience in similar role (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Customer focused
- Good IT skills (efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel)
- High degree of self-motivation
- Friendly telephone manner
- Attentive to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Problem-solver
- Team player
