Corporate Services Specialist
$20.70/hr (Pay for Experience)
SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday
Minneapolis, MN
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support for all markets and departments.
- Oversight of routine and advanced duties for corporate teams.
- Answer phones and route calls to various departments.
- Prepare and maintain centralized documentation.
- Event coordination including lunch orders, hotel reservations, large meeting preparations, etc.
- Coordinate local and corporate vendors such as cleaners, vending machine services, etc.
- Coding of invoices.
Required skills:
- Minimum two years of office experience.
- Experience in answering phones and/or customer service.
- Comfortable interacting with people.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PPT, Excel and Teams. Comfortable with technology.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
