Your Key Responsibilities
Plans packaging systems based on internal and external requirements and secures the implementation by defining respective application rules, TCO validation and packaging process requirements for the steering of packaging systems.
Consolidate requirements for packaging systems and develop packaging systems based on those requirements.
Operate the Packaging Lifecycle Management, including planning of packaging introduction and packaging cost validation.
Validate and prove that packaging systems meet the requirements in terms of technical usability, specific application rules and TCO optimized usage.
Define packaging process requirements for the steering of internal/external packaging circles, order management and account management.
Provide application rules, specifications and standards for the usage of packaging systems.
Your Qualifications
Minimum:
Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging, Engineering or technical field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency
Strong project management and analytical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Goal and results oriented
Adaptability and ability to develop creative solutions in problem solving
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
Preferred:
Experience in Automotive, Industrial or similar fast-paced manufacturing
Experience in Packaging Technologies (ex: Development Process, Vacuum Forming, Injection Molding)
Involvement within an ERP, preferably SAP
