Your Key Responsibilities
- Plans packaging systems based on internal and external requirements and secures the implementation by defining respective application rules, TCO validation and packaging process requirements for the steering of packaging systems.
- Consolidate requirements for packaging systems and develop packaging systems based on those requirements.
- Operate the Packaging Lifecycle Management, including planning of packaging introduction and packaging cost validation.
- Validate and prove that packaging systems meet the requirements in terms of technical usability, specific application rules and TCO optimized usage.
- Define packaging process requirements for the steering of internal/external packaging circles, order management and account management.
- Provide application rules, specifications and standards for the usage of packaging systems.
Your Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging, Engineering or technical field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency
- Strong project management and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Goal and results oriented
- Adaptability and ability to develop creative solutions in problem solving
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- Experience in Automotive, Industrial or similar fast-paced manufacturing
- Experience in Packaging Technologies (ex: Development Process, Vacuum Forming, Injection Molding)
- Involvement within an ERP, preferably SAP
