Your Key Responsibilities
Complete all monthly preventative maintenance, repair all electrical systems, update existing equipment, and must be familiar with PLC logic and Schaeffler software packages.
Provide guidance and support to Apprentices through ongoing training and by example.
Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices including 5-S standards.
Know and understand the current specifications of the Quality Policy and procedures, as well as the Safety and Environmental Policy and procedures and contribute to the achievement of the company objectives.
Carry out tasks assigned by his supervisor that are essentially related to their duties.
Your Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent and Journeyman Card
Or
Associates Degree with 3 years of experience
Ability to read electrical prints and trouble shoot using a PLC
Understand AC and DC Drives and motors. Able to make adjustments and troubleshoot
Knows motors, phasing, motor protection, motor forward and reverse, high low voltage, servo motors and encoders and resolvers
Fundamental knowledge of SAP PM Nodule
