Your Key Responsibilities
- Creation and oversight of maitenance plans in CMMS. Responsible for equipment master data including BOMs
- Coordinate parts management for maintenance work orders
- Generate and report local, regional and/or global Maintenance KPIs, for example: planning rate, maintenance costs, days on hand for spare parts, maintenance efficiency, sustainability, etc
- Implementation of new maintenance strategies and processes
- Coordination of in-house and external services for maintenance including contracts and service order preparation
- Coordination of project related work orders including production relocation, new machine installation and major overhauls
Your Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor degree in technical field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or similar environment
- Experience in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), SAP required
Preferred:
- Experience in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), SAP required
- Excellent time management and organization skills
