Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensures the continuous improvement, development and adjustment of the Schaeffler production system for the assigned part of the organization.
- Focus on high productivity of the company's core and support production processes.
- Manage crucial engineering processes and contribute to strategic decisions.
- Develop an engineering strategy within a core organizational field.
- Ensure alignment of capacity demand, budget and investment projects.
Your Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 10 years of applicable experience
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams.
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
Preferred:
- Excellent engineering & physics knowledge.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing.
- Process oriented.
- Assertive approach to problem solving.
- Continuous improvement approach.
