Audiologist - World of Hearing St Albans (37.5hrs a week)

Situated within a newly refitted Boots store, you’ll be a key member of a large hearingcare team and will be supporting customers and running your own clinics to provide outstanding customer experience and optimal hearing solutions. You'll enjoy access to innovative concepts and technologies and must be passionate about delivering outstanding customers outcomes and performance. You be making the most of the immersive audio/visual technology, cutting edge hearing solutions and advanced clinic equipment at your fingertips. As a team you’ve deliver fantastic service, making hearing correction fun and use the technology to help best hearing outcomes.
As a Hearing Aid Audiologist with Boots Hearingcare you should:
Already possess or be eligible for registration as a Hearing Aid Dispenser with Health Care Professional Council (HCPC).
Be passionate about audiology and ready to embrace innovation in products, technology and ways of working.
Put care for your customers and colleagues at the forefront of everything you do by providing exceptional customer service and taking accountability for yourself and your clinic.
Strive for excellence by continuously working to improve your own skills, knowledge and ways of working.
Demonstrate a genuine desire to be part of the best team and support those around you to achieve the same goal. This isn’t a traditional private sector role working alone.
Have commercial understanding and embrace a clinical role within the private healthcare sector.
Confident and articulate, and able to listen to those in your care.
IT literate, whilst specific training will be provided, you must be able to handle the demands of working with the latest technology including fully integrated fitting systems, IT based patient management systems, Company email and intranet.
Capable of working with colleagues to optimise customer experience across multiple clinics as well as running your clinic day to day, managing your diary, processing financial transactions and ensuring you are there for your customers when they expect you to be.
Consider a working pattern that isn’t 9 to 5. Perhaps full time hours over 4 longer days.
Be flexible to help out in other regional clinic location at times.
