Olympus Global Internal Audit team comprises 60-70 auditors incorporating skills in finance, internal controls, SOX, IT, Compliance, operations, data analytics, non-financial metrics, and business consulting. Our ambition is to be a world class Internal Audit function supporting Olympus’s objective of being the leading medical technology company in the world. To help us deliver this ambition, we are recruiting a Manager of Internal Audit - Americas and Global IT Audit Leader. The Manager’s primary responsibility is to protect the company’s assets by planning and completing global information technology audits and special projects. They will also expect to recommend process improvements, provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to review and appraise the soundness, adequacy and application of IT governance and risk management.
Specific areas of focus in information technology include practices around: Governance, general controls, project management, infrastructure, software development lifecycle, application security, emerging information security and cybersecurity risk, cloud architecture and controls related to applications hosted in the cloud, data lifecycle management, data privacy, disaster recovery and business continuity.
The Manager, Internal Audit - Global IT will also oversee a variety of ad hoc assignments and special reviews as request by the Director and as agreed with the Audit Committee and or Regional President and Board of Directors. With this appointment the Olympus IA function are seeking to augment its advisory capability in addition to deliver its continuing assurance program. This individual will be tasked with managing and delivering the annual global IT audit plans and special projects. The individual will participate in leading, developing/training, and retaining a team of designated IT audit risk professionals located across all five (5) regions.

The anticipated base pay range for this full-time position working at this location is $90,243.00 - $126,339.00 / year, plus potential for annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). Olympus considers a variety of factors when determining actual compensation for this position including: level of experience, working location, and relevant education and certifications.
