We are currently seeking a Senior Coordinator at our corporate headquarters in St. Louis, MO.
Providing administrative support of highly responsible, complex, and confidential nature for a variety of HR and legal department executives.
Duties will Include:
Process urgent requests and queries in a confidential manner for the HR and legal departments.
Review and process Legal, GGA and ESG invoices on a timely basis.
Plan and organize daily workflow, facilitate and coordinate projects, and initiate follow-up action items.
Maintain appointment schedules by planning, scheduling, and confirming meetings, conferences, and teleconferences.
Organize, prepare, and maintain daily schedule of calendars, meetings, and priorities.
Initiate, establish, and communicate meetings (both internal and external).
Plan, draft, and edit complex and confidential documents, including letters, presentations, and reports.
Oversee and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries; complete, reconcile, and process associated expense reports in a timely manner.
Maintain records for out of office, vacation, and CLE required reporting for attorneys.
Order supplies, distribute mail, and manage database systems.
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of other software systems
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to identify incorrect data or information
Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information
Excellent organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize work assignments
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments
Ability to process requests and resolve issues in an accurate, timely, and controlled manner
A minimum of five years of relevant work experience
Physical Requirements:
Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing
Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment
Must be able to use a computer
Must have the ability to communicate effectively
Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
