The global Information Technology (IT) Function is leading efforts to align IT and Business Strategy, leverage IT investments, and optimize end to end business processes and associated information integration technologies. Through these efforts, IT helps to improve the competitive position of Corning's businesses through IT enabled processes. IT also delivers Information Technology applications, infrastructure, and project services in a cost efficient manner to Corning worldwide.
SCOPE/PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The senior client systems engineer is an experienced technical specialist in the implementation, support, and maintenance of enterprise EUC environments and Windows systems. The Senior Client Systems Engineer will be responsible for supporting the EUC Architect in the design and implementation of industry standard EUC technologies including MECM. They will act as a point of escalation for EUC engineering and offer essential guidance on support and maintenance activities while also providing expertise to projects which require technical advice or L3 task completion. This role will be responsible for build, configuration, deployment, and support activities across the EUC technology stack and will support the EUC Architect in platform ownership functions including leading on support with vendors, engaging with businesses and technical stakeholders and coaching / training the rest of the EUC team on technical tasks.

The range for this position is $113,099.00 - $155,512.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
