Job Summary:
Program Manager serves as the primary contact for customer communication and relationships. Is the link between the customer and site level leadership to ensure communication of delivery status and potential problem areas.
Job Duties:
• Manages customer relationships and ensures customer satisfaction through proper communication of program status, and by meeting their requirements on monthly shipments.
• Responsible for maintaining the contractual and commercial relationships with customers.
• Communicate customer requirements within the organization.
• Responsible for accurately identifying customer demand for long-term forecasting and SIOP business planning.
• Tracks, monitors, and reports program performance using program management tools.
• Responsible for accurate administration of customer order entry and maintenance in conjunction with our Contracts Admins team.
• Manages commercial issues with help of the contracts and commercial teams
• Works with interdepartmental teams to support continuous improvement activities
• Generates commercial quotes for customers as required and negotiates under the advisement of the Program Management Director.
• Acts as liaison between customer and Triumph Actuation Systems by coordinating customer visits on-site.
• Candidate must have the right mindset to lead the organization in accomplishing goals and timely delivery of internal as well as external commitments.
Supervisory responsibility:
The Program Manager 1 has no supervisory responsibilities
Physical Limitations:
Work may require sitting and/or standing for up to 8 hours per day.
Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree, or Associates with relevant experience.
(Master’s degree in business, marketing and/or PMP certification a plus)
Minimum Years of Experience Required:
At least 3 years working in a program management related position in aerospace industry
and/or complex manufacturing.

• ERP systems understanding
• Ability to read and write English
