Compliance & Asset Manager
Great Western Hospital, Swindon
Full time – 37.5 hours per week
Salary - £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience plus Serco Benefits
Main Purpose:
To support the Contract Director & Senior Management Teams in ensuring that there is contractual compliance and to lead on the planning of any changes through variations or lifecycle replacements. Compliance is defined in the widest sense and hence the role has some responsibility for Health & Safety, Sustainability and for the Integrated Management System.
The role will encompass responsibility for reporting to the client (THC); customer (Trust) and internally. To support this the role has ownership of the CAFM; Track Record & Bolster systems and the associated end to end business processes.
You will be responsible for the delivery of statutory, legislative, and contractual procedures for the contract, to deliver and assure the highest levels of compliance. You will be responsible for producing accurate management information in line with Senior Management and client expectations. You will be able to share best practice and innovations with colleagues in the wider environment. Establish and maintain an effective audit regime in line with the Quality Management Plan, to provide governance and deliver an assured service to the client and senior management. Lend support to develop and manage relationships with external stakeholders.

What you will need for the role:
You will ideally hold recognised Technical Qualifications or able to demonstrate successful operational delivery of a similar role with minimum of three years’ experience in a similar environment. You will need to have previous experience and working within a service contracting environment is essential.
Your ability to interact with senior management, clients, and customers. As well as excellent team worker with an eye for detail and an ability to produce quality communications that engage all stakeholders will aid your career within the company.
