Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary: Up to £36,000 dependent on experience
Here at VIVO we are looking for an Electrician to be based in Exeter. This role will see you covering reactive maintenance within an hour of Exeter, covering an area between Dartmouth to Chippenham. You will be working both individually and in a team in undertaking high quality electrical repairs, testing and or insulation works.
Within this role you will be responding to reactive maintenance that will be delivered through a personal work diary, that will be given in advance for you to plan your day.
Your other responsibilities include;
- Ensuring implantation and compliance of company health and safety policies and procedures
- To undertake a continual programme of risk assessment in relation to the role
- Utilise both electronic and paper based systems to accurately record electrical documentation
- Maintain van stocks and provide information enabling the improvements of Right first-time fixes
What you’ll need to do this role
A Full UK Driving License.
An NVQ Level 3 qualification in electrical installation work.
An Inspection and Testing Qualification is desirable.
Domestic experience as an electrician is desirable.
It is desirable that you have experience of operating within an MOD environment and have familiarity with geography and establishments within area of responsibility.
You must be able to pass BPSS Clearance to be considered for this role.
