Title: Employer Engagement Administration Apprentice 

Location: Hybrid Home / Cardiff – with Occasional Travel

Working Week: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30

Salary: £18,299 per annum plus benefits & 25 days annual leave

Apprenticeship Qualification: L3 Business Admin

Expected Apprenticeship Duration: 18 -24 months

Here at Serco, we are looking for an Employer Engagement Administration Apprentice to join us working within Serco’s Employer Engagement team delivering the Restart Scheme. You’ll provide administrative and organisational support to the team as well as providing support to Restart participants and the Employers they work with via telephone, email, and face to face. 

 

As our new Business Support Apprentice, you will be required to undertake a number of tasks within the department. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has a willingness to learn and develop their administrative skills.

 

 

Day to day you’ll be involved in: 

 

  • To deliver consistently high levels of customer service when communicating with participants, Employers, and our supply chain partners.
  • To provide an exemplary first impression in this client facing role
  • Manage Employer relationships to a high standard, Data capture accurately and manage the database.
  • Provide feedback to our supply chain partners in a timely manner.
  • Day-to-day email and phone contact with participants, employers, and supply chain partners
  • Resolving issues
  • Contributing to team responsibilities including writing job specifications, screening participants, supporting on events, training courses, and completing tracker forms
  • Undertake such additional duties as may be reasonably required, commensurate with the level of responsibility within the area.
