We are currently looking for a People Insights & Data Integrity Partner to join our Reward team to provide insight on people performance and provide high quality people data reporting. In this role you will identify data quality issues and make recommendations for changes to enable the ongoing mitigation of people risks.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
Supports the preparation of project board, committee reporting, and regular business reporting of compliance including the Divisional Performance Review process and the Global Enduring Solution Committee.
Aids the divisional (UK & Europe) HR central governance team in ensuring that they can make evidence-based decisions using the standard reports and ensuring they are fit for purpose.
Conducts quality assurance checks on reports and identify where data is missing or incorrect and put forward recommendations on how to improve data quality.
Identify patterns and correlations between apparently different sets of data and provide insights that help to ‘open eyes’ and create change opportunities.
Helps to develop governance around reports to avoid duplication and provide a single gateway for sign off on new requirements.
Assist in identifying, reporting, and mitigating people risks through new ways of working.
Work with the People Reporting and Analytics team to ensure that the core portfolio of people reports is reviewed and refreshed, and that there is a solution that delivers a core suite of reports that meet the requirements and drive a reduction in ad-hoc requests.
What you’ll need to do the role:
Excellent analytical skills and a strong interest in analytics and people performance.
Ability to build strong professional relationships and collaborate across different levels internally and externally.
Knowledge and understanding of HRIS solutions such as SAP back-end processes would be an advantage.
Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel and data visualisation tools and business intelligence products including Power BI, SAP Business Objects and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Solid understanding of the principles and practices of HR processes and services.
Good presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive and responsible approach, ability to work with own initiative.
