In this role, you will work with the Catering and Stores Manager and Business Services team in the delivery of canteen services to the whole establishment, ensuring compliance with all relevant Health & Safety and Food Safety Regulations, legislation, and company guidelines & operational procedures.

What you will need to do the role
We are looking for someone literate and numerate, with a Level 2 qualification in Food Safety & HACCP, First Aid at Work, and Allergens in Catering. You will need to have a basic working knowledge of a commercial kitchen environment, good interpersonal skills, including good oral and written communication, excellent time management skills, and be physically able to handle the demands of the job.
