ICT Project Support Administrator

Salary of £22,000 to £24,000 dependent on experience
Serco have an exciting new role as an ICT Project support Administrator. You’ll be responsible for supporting the project managers in the delivery of various ICT projects within the portfolio. This will include a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the project documentation is accurately maintained and up to date.
Main Accountabilities:
⦁ Monitoring and management of the ICT Projects mailbox
⦁ Managing project assets in the Asset Management System
⦁ Provide administrative support to the project managers including:
⦁ Obtaining quotes from standard suppliers as requested
⦁ Raising and tracking purchase orders
⦁ Progressing orders for equipment and monitoring and tracking delivery
⦁ Checking goods received and managing their secure storage throughout the project
⦁ Liaison with the Control of Contractors office.
⦁ Tracking contractor time on individual projects
⦁ Managing the electronic filing of project documentation and ensuring documentation is kept up to date
What you’ll need to do the role:
⦁ Excellent administrative skills
⦁ Previous experience in an IT environment would be an advantage
