Working Hours: 39 hours or job share, Earlies (from 6.30am) and lates (10pm), Monday to Friday and working 2 out of every 3 weekends

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a full time Receptionist / Server to join the centre.
Holme Pierrepont Country Park, the home of the National Water Sports Centre has excellent water facilities, accommodation, a campsite, Outdoor Adventure Zone, Life Fitness Gym and marvellous nature trails for cycling and walking, it is a favourite destination for families, schools, corporate clients and individuals.
As the Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to provide concise customer information and service with regards to the facility and its offerings. The role will involve a high level of customer interaction, which will be face to face, emails and dealing with queries over the telephone. In addition, there will be times when you will be required to assist other members of staff.
In the Server part of the role, you will be required to serve and clear up from the accommodation breakfast.

About you
The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff at Holme Pierrepoint, pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when needed.
We are looking to hear from candidates that have good communication and customer care skills, have a maturity and calmness to work under pressure, the ability to handle cash and maintain customer records, as well as a good telephone manner and confident with using IT systems.
Previous experience of dealing face to face with customers in a busy environment is desirable.
