Salary: Up to £18,720 per annum (up to £12 per hour) + Excellent benefits

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Senior Receptionist to join the centre.
Stoke Mandeville Stadium is the National Centre for Disability Sport and boasts the highest grade of facilities for our leading sportsmen and women.
As the Senior Receptionist your role is to lead, direct and manage the reception team. Using POS, time and attendance and booking team systems you will support in achieving the high standards of service and customer care at all times. You will also work alongside the senior management team. This role will be a head of department who’s responsible for front of house and excellent customer service.

About you
We are looking to hear from candidates who are able to demonstrate experience and knowledge in supervision or management of front of house, staff management (including rostering), supervision and development across the reception team and you will have good admin and financial processes.
You will have good communication and customer care skills, have a maturity and calmness to work under pressure, possess strong organisational and administration skills, good financial awareness, excellent problem solving and people management skills.
