Working Hours: 40 per week - early/late shifts including every other weekend

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Duty Manager to join the centre.
As the Duty Manager, the purpose of your role will be to lead, manage and be responsible for the day to day operation of the facilities in and around the leisure centre site, working within a demanding commercial environment, ensuring all activities are delivered to a high standard with safety the first priority.
You will support, manage, and develop our team of lifeguards and supervisors across the site and build and maintain positive relationships with onsite partners, guests, and neighbours in making sure that our customers receive a positive memorable experience.
What you’ll need to do the role
The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of our team have pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when needed.
To be considered for this role we are looking to hear from candidates who have prior manangment experience and confidence of working face to face with customers, preferably in the Leisure industry and ideally operational management experience.
It is essential that you hold a National Pool Lifeguard certificate (NPLQ) and desirable that you hold a Pool plant operators’ certificate (where appropriate) and first aid at work certificate.
