Contract: Full Time, permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Within VIVO we are currently recruiting for a Utilities Administrator who will ensure high-quality data production whilst providing advice and support to the team. Within this role you will play a pivotal role in assisting the utilities and finance teams with their administrative needs.
The Key Duties of this role include;
- Maintenance of accuracy of utility bills, reconciliations, and payments
- Maintenance of department e-mail inbox and respond to challenges/ complaints
- Maintenance of the office filing system
- Maintenance of daily reports in support of contract supplier
- Maintenance of other queries requested by contract supplier
- Coordination of the Smart Meter Installation programme
- General administrative duties as and when required
What you’ll need to do this role
Administration experience within a planned and maintenance environment is desirable.
You will be proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Packages.
English and Maths GCSE A-C Standard.
Experience of working accurately to timescales and providing customer service excellence.
It is desirable that you have experience of operating within either an MOD or Construction/Property Maintenance environment.
You must be able to pass BPSS Clearance to be considered for this role.
