Here at More Community Leisure Trust our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. We provide affordable access to a wide range of sports and leisure facilities to support healthier and happier people across all segments of the local community. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for Catering Assistants to join the centre.
As the Catering Assistant, you will be a varied role and some of your duties will include carrying out cleaning duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout and undertaking record temperature checks whilst ensuring high standards of food hygiene are maintained. You will also make sure that customers are served promptly and efficiently and ensure that financial and cash handling procedures are complied with. This is a fast-paced role dealing with orders and the day-to-day service of customers.
In addition, there will be times when you will be required to assist other members of staff.

Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.
About you
The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff at Aquavale, pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when required.
Level 2 in food safety is desirable as is previous experience in a customer facing environment, however full training will be provided.
