We are now looking for a Front of House Supervisor to lead the onsite membership sales team and management of the reception teams to drive membership sales and ensure the provision of excellent customer service
Your main responsibilities:
Lead on the promotion of membership services and lead generation
Hit and exceed membership sales and yield targets
Lead on the customer journey from enquiry to joining
Planning and organising the effective outreach and distribution of marketing related information using the monthly activity planner
Advise Deputy Partnership manager on membership activities
Line management of sales & reception team including implementation of rotas
Recruitment and training of sales and reception team including robust induction process
Effective communication of all sales initiatives to the site team
Best practice in use of membership systems including the introduction of SCV
What you’ll need to do the role:
A Professional qualification in Sales or Marketing would be desirable.
Proven experience in a Sales & Customer Service orientated environment, with an understanding of how to produce and implement a marketing plan
Good product knowledge
Proven sales promotional skills
Competent IT skills, with the ability to analyse information
Excellent communicator at all levels
