Salary: £30,000-£32,000 dependent on experience, with call out payment of £150
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, including on call (1 in 11)

Could you be our next Void Supervisor working across the Southwest?
You will be working responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the Housing Maintenance service, to ensure all works, audits and inspections are carried out to a high move-in standard across the Southwest.
Key responsibilities for this role include;
• Undertake voids WIP inspections
• Ensure all Voids meet the move in standard
• Conduct joint inspection with service partners
• To undertake minor works on any voids when required
• To develop the service and individuals to achieve a highly organised operational delivery to voids
• To work collaboratively with colleagues, delivering on customer, operational and financial targets in line with the business plan
• To manage sub-contractors supporting the delivery of void works
• To be on call, 1 in 11, to answer any enquiries over the phone
What you’ll need to do this role
Level 2 diploma or equivalent e.g. NVQ in a maintenance trade.
Have good communication, and ability to work well within a team.
Have a knowledge of Schedule of Rates.
Excellent IT skills.
Customer Service Experience.
It is desirable that you have previous experience in void maintenance or trade background in Housing.
Health and Safety training in various relevant areas.
It is desirable that you have experience of operating within an MOD environment and have familiarity with geography and establishments within area of responsibility.
This role will require you to travel to remote sites weekly therefore it is essential that you hold a clean and valid UK driving licence or can travel to remote locations without the use of public transport.
You must be able to pass SC Clearance to be considered for this role.
