To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Fitness Instructor to join the centre.
As the fitness instructor you will provide coaching and guidance to our customers and provide a friendly, welcoming and sociable environment. You will provide advice, guidance and encouragement to customers in accordance with the Customer Intimacy Health and Fitness programme.
This role will see you;
Deliver our Signature Fitness Programmes
Tracking Client Progress
Completing Health & Fitness Evaluations
Delivering both Personal and Group Training
The role will involve a high level of customer interaction and there will be times when you will be required to assist other members of staff.
You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities and free membership plus other various discounts.
What you’ll need to do the role
The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff, pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when required.
You will also have a good standard of personal presentation, communication and customer service skills.
It is essential that you have a REPS level 2 for you to be considered for this role.
You do not need personal training experience, but you should have a working knowledge of health and fitness, and how to take clients through a structured programme.
