Job title: Interventions Administrator
Location: HMP Ashfield, Bristol
Working hours: Part-Time, 20 hours per week
HMP Ashfield is a category B male prison based in Bristol. The operational capacity is for 412 prisoners and it takes a whole team of people to keep the facility safe, secure and in proper working order. Serco provide a safe, decent, secure and respectful environment.
As the Interventions Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring the successful administration of Interventions and Psychology provision at HMP Ashfield. You will assist the department in the delivery of accredited interventions programmes by providing administration support to ultimately reduce the likelihood of reoffending and prepares prisoners for a successful return to the community.

What you need to do the job
This is an opportunity for an individual who has demonstratable experience working within a busy administrative environment. Having some recent experience of minute taking is essential. The successful post holder must be confident in working with data as it is a key part of this role.
The post holder must be highly organised, have good analytical skills and have the ability to effectively manage their time. They must have excellent computer and typing skills inclusive of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. It is vital that they have excellent written skills and be able to communicate well at all levels.
