This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Delivery Manager to manage the direct delivery of hard FM for reactive maintenance for approximately 3000 armed forces accommodations in Lyneham, Warminster and Innsworth.
This role will see you manage specialist sub-contractors to ensure all properties are serviced and maintained to a high standard, project manage business change and continuous improvement plans, compile statistical data including KPIs and manage the performance of the team. You will have 2 Supervisors reporting to you and they each manage a team of around 19 tradespeople, and all team members need to be suitably informed, motivated and supported to ensure their performance keeps up with contract obligations.
I addition to this you will take responsibility for P&L for the service, managing budgets and monitoring spend, trend analysis, exception reporting and taking actions to address overspend.
What You Need To Do The Job
First and foremost, you should be an experienced Hard FM manager from a repairs and maintenance service background.
Qualifications in trades and/or Facilities Management would be an advantage, however we welcome applications from candidates with relevant experience regardless of their qualifications.
You should have excellent IT skills, with reporting experience and capabilities.
