Location: National Water Sports Centre, Nottingham, NG12 2LU
Job type: Fixed term March – October, 7 months
Working Hours: 39 hours per week, flexible hours in line with events and activity program. There will be a heavy need for weekend work throughout the contract as well as bank holidays
Salary: Up to £23,262.78 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Holme Pierrepont Country Park is not just home to the National Water sports Centre but also a wealth of leisure activities. There is everything from White water rafting and tubing to mini land Rovers and Skytrail all set in the park grounds. People don’t have to just come for the day as we also have a busy Holiday Park where camping and glamping is all available for those wanting to extend the fun. The site is host an abundance of large events from family festivals through to large sporting events on land and in the water. We are currently recruiting a site host which is an exciting new role to ensure the smooth running of our summer season.
The main purpose of this role will be customer facing and work along side all departments ensuring that customers have what they need as well as informing them of all we have to offer.
On a day-to-day basis you will perform the following duties:

About you
The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff at Holme Pierrepoint, pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when required. A driving license is needed for this role.
Ideally you will have experience working within the holiday leisure environment and have amazing customer care and communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines and remain calm and assured under pressure.
