Key accountabilities
The scope of the work is to ensure the overall operations of the facility, planning, co-coordinating, controlling all technical and management strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and integrating the operational team between the Client and its partner Consultancy, ensure the optimized input of offshore consultancy resources and the quality of their contribution to the O&M best practice guidelines, prepare department operating procedure to include organization, roles and responsibilities and processes used to deliver the scope.
What we are looking for in our candidates:
• 15 years plus experience of managing within a Facilities Management (FM) environment.
• 5 years minimum experience in managing multi-disciplined People Managers including support functions (eg finance, procurement).
• Have led a diverse, multi-cultured, multi-disciplined workforce to achieve the work output and quality of services.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational business and negation skills.
• Demonstrated experience in Change Management.
• Proven financial management expertise, especially the ability to control and meet budget objectives.
