Record to Report Global Process Manager

£80,000 - £85,000 (dependent on experience)
Here at Serco, we are seeking an experienced Record to Report (R2R) Global Process Manager to be responsible for providing leadership of various R2R Projects working alongside ERP Project Managers. This role will deliver life-cycle support of the project from initial identification of required needs to transition of a completed solution into “business as usual” services. The role requires an excellent understanding of technical architecture and terminology and the ability to learn the overall Finance system landscape.
You will support on numerous finance projects which could include continuous improvement initiatives, technical system upgrades, new interfaces, system enhancements and any other projects which are part of the Finance roadmap.
