We’re recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) to join our Talent Team for our Justice & Immigration (J&I) contract, covering a minimum 9 month FTC. The recruitment will form a mixture of the volume hiring of frontline staff across our Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC) and ‘business as usual’ hiring of staff who support the day-to-day operations of our prisons and immigration centres.
You will work in a supportive team and collaboratively with a Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) where you will deliver on end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, screening, sourcing, interview scheduling and system data entry,
You will need to hit the ground running so it is imperative you have worked within a recruitment environment and have experience of direct sourcing through proactive channels. This is a fast paced role with a service focus so working with stakeholders and a genuine passion for excelling service to customers is paramount! You will be expected to multi-task, prioritise and manage deadlines to deliver on accountabilities such as:
What you’ll need to do the role
You will have worked within a recruitment environment, either in-house, RPO or recruitment agency and have demonstrable experience of delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
Your passion and drive to succeed will reflect in your flexibility to travel to contract sites and job fairs - increasing Serco’s brand and our partnerships with our customers.
Finally, effective systems experience with exposure to applicant tracking systems.
