To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Contract Sales Manager to join our centre.
As the Sales Manager, the purpose of your role will be to lead, manage and be responsible for the sales of various membership packages. Working collaboratively with the reception team to create a sales and target lead culture. You will be expected to work as part of the senior management team and will report directly to the Contract Manager. You will have direct accountability for the Sales of Memberships at Oxford Leisure.

About you
The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff, who pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when required.
To be considered for this role we are looking to hear from candidates who have prior experience in a sales role, Confidence in leading a team by example and working face to face with customers, preferably in the Leisure industry.
