Here at Serco, we partner with governments to provide public services across Defence, Justice & Immigration, Transport, Health, and Citizen Services. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our People Services Team support the Middle East payroll. As our Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing payroll queries, final settlement payments and payroll inputs received via Service Now, email and webchat covering all aspects of the employee pay-cycle in line with SLAs and Business rules.
You will investigate and resolve queries such as payroll errors, final settlement queries and salary rejections, and be the point of escalation for the business and onshore HR. You will also be responsible for administrative duties within the Middle East payroll and final settlement team including triaging and maintaining the Service Now dashboard, updating the payroll checklist and updating the Shared Teams calendar.
