Hybrid – Attached to London, Hook or Solihull Office with UK Travel

£60,000 - £68,000 (dependent on experience)
Serco spends approximately £1.6bn globally with third party suppliers every year. Procurement supports the business by understanding business requirements and providing innovative solutions from the supply market throughout the business lifecycle that reduce cost, improve service and quality and protect the business from risk. Procurement is responsible for managing all third-party supplier arrangements including sourcing and contracting and supplier and contract management to deliver competitive advantage to Serco.
Here at Serco, we are seeking an ambitious Supplier Management Operations Manager to provide experienced leadership to support the development, deployment and operation of Supplier Management (Supplier Performance Management and Supplier Relationship Management) within the UK & Europe (UK&E) Division.
This is a newly shaped role where you will have the autonomy to design, drive and lead within this space. This role will suit you well if you are looking to bring some creativity into your day-to-day activities.
