Continuous Improvement Analyst - Customer Services at Serco

Homebased with occasional UK wide travel

Permanent, Full time

Between £27,000 - £37,000 per annum, dependant on experience

 

 

Here at Serco, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to join the wider Customer Services, Customer Solutions team.

 

As Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will collect, interpret, and evaluate information and data from a business to solve client issues.

 

Working closely under the direction of a Continuous Improvement Consultant or Lead, you will solve a wide range of client and business problems across a variety of contracts.

 

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Create small scale project plans/ work-stream plans using and adhering to accepted project management processes and disciplines
  • Conduct meetings with internal & external client representatives
  • Analyse and document existing business processes and re-engineer processes to improve business performance
  • Use and interpret data from various sources to identify opportunities and quantify
  • Design and deliver effective communications and presentations to middle management level, for internal and external clients
  • Produce reports & spreadsheets for internal and external clients, including reviews, feasibility studies, business cases and collateral development
  • Design and facilitate workshops to resolve problems.

 

 

What you’ll need to do the role:

  • Ideally you will be working as a Continuous Improvement Analyst or similar or have an understanding of contact centres and how they operate.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate insight from various data sources
  • Evidence of critical thinking and problem solving
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships and a collaborative working environment
  • IT literate, including experience with office applications
     

Desirable

  • Work experience in a relevant area
  • Knowledge of Business Change, Continuous Improvement, and Transformation methodologies
  • Experience of delivery of personally owned activities or smaller projects with positive feedback
  • Experience working with internal and external clients
  • Prince 2 and/or Lean six sigma qualifications
