We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our VIVO recruitment team and make a significant impact on our recruitment processes.
Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will take charge of the end-to-end recruitment process for your portfolio. From crafting compelling job advertisements to conducting candidate screenings and coordinating interviews, your role will be essential in ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. You'll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialist, providing invaluable support to the team and contributing to the overall success of our talent acquisition strategies.
What You'll Do
- Candidate Engagement: You'll drive candidate generation, screening, and selection, ensuring a top-notch candidate experience throughout the process.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and develop effective attraction strategies.
- Innovative Sourcing: Work alongside Talent Acquisition Specialists to develop innovative sourcing strategies and build talent pools.
- Process Excellence: Manage interview scheduling, support selection processes, and maintain accurate data entries in our systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Oversee volume recruitment campaigns, create captivating advertisements, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- System Expertise: Utilise applicant tracking systems and other tools to ensure data integrity and effective process management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Recruitment Expertise: You have hands-on experience in recruitment, whether in-house, RPO, or within a recruitment agency.
- Sourcing Mastery: You're adept at direct sourcing through various channels, including CV databases and social media.
- Deadline-Driven: Managing multiple tasks and deadlines energises you, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative Spirit: You're a team player who excels in a collaborative environment, working effectively with diverse colleagues.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS/Recruitment systems, SAP, and external databases is second nature to you.
