Could you be our next Supply Chain Administrator working within VIVO’s procurement team?
You will l be responsible for supporting the management and compliance of the approved supply chain list and associated documentation in accordance with VIVO processes. You will help maintain compliance to VIVO standards and systems, acting as a key point of contact to the business site teams and external suppliers to offer advice, guidance and first tier escalation to problems.
Working alongside the Head of Supply Chain you will work across all of our Contracts liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders on a daily basis.
Within this role you will review and process new supplier requests, coordinating and managing relationships with suppliers to ensure to full verification and adherence to VIVO quality standards. As part of this you will collate supplier performance data through surveys, feedback, and criticisms to provide feedback to the wider procurement team to improve supplier performance and relationships.

What you’ll need to do this role
Using your previous experience within similar administration roles you will be able to compile reports, data sets and presentations. You will be competent in completing data analysis, spend reporting and other compliance requirements where needed.
It is essential that you have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to answer queries and resolve issues, whilst actively managing the Procurement inbox.
This role will require travel to remote sites therefore it is essential that you hold a clean and valid UK driving licence or can travel to remote locations without the use of public transport.
It is desirable that you have experience of operating within an MOD environment and have familiarity with geography and establishments within area of responsibility
You must be able to pass BPSS Clearance to be considered for this role.
