Homebased with weekly travel to various Serco sites (Bristol, Hook, London)
Here at Serco, we are looking for a Head of Communications to be responsible for the planning and delivery of internal and external communications for a significant large-scale mobilisation and transformation of a new and exciting contract win.
Serco will be delivering health assessments that help determine eligibility for benefits on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP): bringing together the right people, technology, and partners to create an innovative solution to make a positive impact.
You will be advising key internal stakeholders by understanding their challenges and opportunities and offer smart strategic thinking to help them deliver the programme of change, but most importantly supporting our employees through a significant period of change.
