We are recruiting for a Workforce Management (WFM) Lead to join our team at HMP Fosse Way, a brand new Category C resettlement prison in Leicester with the capacity to house around 1,700 prisoners.
This is a business critical role to support the Operations Director in ensuring the contract is appropriately resourced to deliver the service through following WFM best practise ways of working. You must have experience in workforce management, including rostering, scheduling and on the day management of resourcing of an operation.
Operational leadership and people management experience is required as you will oversee the WFM-related activities carried out by Administration staff.

It is imperative you have a good understanding of the WFM Operating Model, end- to-end WFM processes and WFM System Architecture.
Good analytical skills with ability to assimilate information quickly are required to ensure you can communicate key messages simply and effectively to the business to aid decision making.
