VIVO, a 50:50 joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, has been awarded places on the Defence FM and Housing Maintenance framework contracts.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, experienced, and ambitious leader with proven ability to successfully manage large contracts and projects. Suited to a strong-minded, people and relationship manager with the skills to communicate and motivate across all levels of an organisation.
This role will see you act as the strategic lead for customer management, commercial contract management and contract spend compliance within VIVO. You will be accountable for setting the strategy for delivering best practice operational management and ensuring value for money across designated contract remit and provide professional focus, identity, and leadership to the Operational Teams.
You will be a key stakeholder and contributor to the wider development and delivery of Company led agendas, with a focus on supporting the agenda for cultural change within the DSTL contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Supports the implementation of Operational strategy within the DSTL contract and contributes to the wider success of the contract strategy within VIVO
Ensures Operational delivery is aligned to contract requirements and VIVO strategy
Driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Delivers high quality maintenance to meet contract SLAs and KPIs for reactive, planned and grounds maintenance across the DSTL Estate.
Conducts regular reviews of and takes action to ensure the service delivery meets business requirements
Maintain Statutory Compliance across the DSTL Assets and manage/mitigate any risks
Create and maintain a capability able to successfully deliver capital projects across the estate according DSTL requirement.
Implement a Health and Safety Strategy that delivers Zero Harm
Ensures contract objectives are fully achieved within budgets and targets
Reviews and reports contract performance against objectives, budgets, and targets
Develops operational solutions that will delight customers to ensure that VIVO can deliver highly desirable solutions, ensuring that value to the customer is maximised and securing growth of the business.
What You Need To Do The Job
Degree level or equivalent standard of education and evidence of continued professional development is essential
Proven relevant experience with career history commensurate with the role particulars
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) to ensure effective engagement with management team(s), employees, internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with ability to assimilate information quickly and contribute to the commercial goals of the organisation.
Evidence of delivering change in complex and demanding environments.
Evidence of building partnership relations essential.
Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Proven experience working in a diverse fast-paced role
A UK National with the ability to obtain unrestricted SC Clearance
Essential that role holder is able to be highly visible and engaged with customer on DSTL sites.
Must be able to regularly travel to VIVO sites within the UK where required.
