We’re looking for a talented Manager of Sales Development to lead a team of 8-10 SDRs out of our global headquarters in Somerville, MA. SmartBear is all about promoting sales reps from within – so this role is crucial in helping develop our next generation of Account Executives. Your SDRs will be tasked with generating a strong top-of-funnel pipeline by setting qualified meetings for the sales team. We’re looking for someone with strong coaching skills who is passionate about helping launch the careers of their SDRs.
