The Bank of Nova Scotia seeks Associate Director, Corporate & Investment Banking – Technology Coverage in New York, NY to support senior officers in the development and marketing of prospective clients as well as the maintenance/enhancement of relationships with existing clients within the Technology Sector. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation: utilizing experience in Corporate Finance and utilizing financial modeling skills to determine the viability of a financing solution and provide recommendations to companies and clients; implementing financial analysis, accounting, and financial theory to assess different financing options to support the growth of companies; supporting growth strategies while providing companies with tailored financing solutions in agreement with risk appetite. 10% travel required domestically and internationally. Spanish fluency required. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. FINRA Series 79 exam required. FINRA Series 63 exam required. FINRA Series SIE exam required. Offered salary is between $170,000.00 to $185,000.00 40 hours per week.
