TEC Change Delivery Partner
Salary & Benefits: Circa. £90,000, a company £6,000 car lease/allowance scheme, annual incentive related bonus (up to 15% of annual salary), private health care (for self and partner), attractive pension scheme (Up to 10% company contribution), life assurance cover of 4 times pensionable salary and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and a wellness day. Where you fit in:
As our TEC Change Delivery Partner you will:
- Have end-to-end ownership for the delivery of the annual portfolio of technology change for our Operations business function.
- Be Instrumental in driving forward our modernisation agenda. In particular, leading on key technology interventions which underpin the YW 5 year plan submitted ot OFWAT (e.g. IRIS)
- Be responsible for delivering improvements in our core operational processes as well as leading the implementation of our ESRi Geospatial Application and our ongoing development of Digital and Data applications.
- Oversee the delivery of projects to time, budget and quality, and the ongoing performance of the Agile Release Trains.
- Ensuring cost and time estimates are accurate and are continually updated, with responsibility for a budget up to £10m per annum
- Provide leadership and oversight of an internal team of circa 30 colleagues and broader management of partner teams of over 100 people.
- Ensuring that requirements and designs reflect business needs and are aligned to the IT strategy and architecture.
- Ensuring project mobilisation is timely and well considered, inc use of POC’s, MVP’s etc
What skills & qualifications you will need:
- Extensive experience in managing end to end delivery in large Organisations
- Strong commercial and supplier management skills.
- Extensive experience of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience of the design and development of IT solutions.
- Extensive experience with 3rd party delivery teams.
- Educated to degree level and or with appropriate professional qualification.
You will also benefit from having:
- Understanding of the Utilities environment.
- Experience of working with digital and cloud technologies.
- Experience of working in Agile of Scaled Agile delivery methodologies.
- Qualifications in PMI – Program Management Professional or Portfolio Management Professional.
We embrace a flexible working model, where our hybrid setup typically requires an average of 1 -2 days in the office per week. This could be slightly more when collaborative efforts, training or meeting deadlines demand it. For those who prefer to work on-site, our office is open Monday-Friday during working hours.
