Agency & Media Operations - let’s introduce ourselves
As Media Partnership Lead you will join the Planning, Media and Analytics team in Global Marketing. Our goal is to maximize short term sales and long term brand equity by making data driven decisions and holding marketing investments accountable for real business results.
The team contains a range of specialists, across marketing strategy, planning, operations, SEO, paid media and marketing analytics. These functional areas are currently transforming to meet our future ambitions and you will join a dynamic environment with marketing colleagues from across the world.
Media Partnership Lead – this is what you’ll do
As the Media Partnership Lead, you will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and media partners worldwide. Your responsibilities entail comprehending the global media landscape, identifying and cultivating partnerships with essential media stakeholders, nurturing relationships, and executing joint business plans and incentive agreements with global media partners.
Some of the key responsibilities you’ll undertake:
• Media Landscape Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the media landscape in targeted regions, staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Media Partner Identification: Identify and evaluate potential media partners aligned with our brand and objectives in each region.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media partners through effective communication and collaboration.
• Business Planning: Develop joint business plans with media partners, aligning goals, strategies, and deliverables to maximize mutual benefits.
• Incentive Agreements: Establish clear incentive structures and agreements with global media partners to drive performance and achieve shared objectives.

We are looking for someone who is structured, dedicated to deliver, and comfortable working across a matrix organisation with multiple teams. To be successful in this role you will have a strong strategic mindset, excellent ability to structure complex challenges, strong analytical skills, and a leadership style with focus on delivering. You are a collaborator that builds trusts with others and has a positive mind-set and is not afraid to challenge the status quo.
You communicate with clarity, are an active listener and that convey points in a conceiving, inspiring and decisive manner. You have brilliant presentations skills to be able to present with impact on executive level. You likely have experience with large global brands, either internally or from agency/consultancy background. Ultimately you understand and are passionate about linking marketing activities to tangible business results. Most of all, you share our values and ambition, and are eager to lead our transformational agenda!
Qualifications:
• Experience from developing and executing marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience in effectively managing media partnerships, fostering collaborative relationships, and optimizing outcomes for mutual benefit.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of global media landscapes, with the ability to discern regional nuances and tailor strategies accordingly.
• Skilled in negotiation techniques and adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, fostering cooperation and driving results.
• Strategic thinker with a global mindset, capable of aligning organizational objectives with market dynamics to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to coordinate and manage multifunctional teams to achieve partnership objectives efficiently and effectively.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to convey ideas, negotiate terms, and facilitate collaboration.
Location for this role will be London, Gothenburg or Stockholm.
