What you’ll do:  
The B2B Delivery Team Leader reports to the B2B Operations Manager and will support in the delivery of the direct model for leasing company orders.  The team leader will, through coaching and guidance, act as the first point of contact and escalation for the delivery team for all customer and retailer queries. 
Through an inquisitive and detailed mindset, the team leader will take primary responsibility for adjusting processes in real time, assigning resources to the correct activities, and ensuring that the goals for the team are met. The team leader will require a process driven approach that can be flexible, adaptable, and open to change to meet the rapid pace and change of the business and customer requirements.
Self-leadership and collaboration will be key in achieving the brand objectives alongside the delivery management team leader. Key responsibilities include:

•    Liaising with our retailer partners to ensure a seamless omni-channel customer journey with a focus on Pre-Delivery Inspection & end user delivery experience 
•    Coordinate inbound quotation and order generation, mange workflow and delegation amongst the ordering team to ensure that resources are being utilised effectively
•    Take a proactive role in converting leasing company quotations to order
•    Manage the 3rd party procurement platform on a day-to-day basis providing relevant feedback and improvements through the correct channels.

 

Do you fit the profile? 
You will require a process driven approach that can be flexible, adaptable and open to change to meet the rapid pace and change of the business and customer requirements. You will have Team Leader experience ideally gained within Customer Care and/or Vehicle Sales. Excellent communication skills are essential to engage with several different stakeholders and you should enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 

The ability to communicate positively with colleagues and customers at all levels, with authority and confidence is essential, along with the ability to adapt, manage and meet deadlines. You will have the ability to interpret complex information and data and explain scenarios to a variety of audiences and should possess a genuine interest in providing professional customer service. Experience in CRM systems and Process Mapping is advantageous.

Pay Range: £34,000-£36,000. We offer competitive salaries that are reviewed and benchmarked annually.
Bonus: a discretionary, performance related bonus scheme that rewards you whilst you help us to achieve our goals.
