What you’ll do
Reporting to the Senior National Network Development Manager (SNNDM), the Network Development Support Manager will play a crucial role within the team to deliver the smooth running of critical projects and administrative operations of the UK Network Development team. You will assist implementing all strategies and plans in line with legal and brand governance, consumer compliance and best practice standards.
This role is responsible for identifying key areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business results, whilst championing sustainability, corporate governance and risk mitigation.
 

Your key deliverables will include: 
•    Facilitate and project management of the appointment, transfer, take-over and termination of Retailers, managing the specific Volvo systems.
•    Manage all internal and external change communications (RNCN Process).
•    Ensure an understanding and use of all relevant VCUK in house and partner provided systems (e.g RDM, VF11, Parma & Demographic planning systems). 
•    Managing the day-to-day administration in conjunction with our external Agents of our Headlease property portfolio ensuring the timely invoicing of monthly rents.
•    Assisting the SNNDM with the Monthly Network Operating Committee process.
•    Managing the Retailer Standards performance database and annual Audit Programme.
•    Liaise with the Retailer Network and VCC to ensure all sites meet the VCC DC charging standards.
•    Liaise with the team in VCC to continuously evolve the DC charging capability.
•    Completion of all VCC reporting for Network Development on regular basis & ad hoc as required.
•    Assisting the SNNDM in the timely management and reporting of all departmental budget activities.

What you’ll bring
The successful candidate will have: 
•    Previous experience within a similar industry
•    High-level attention to detail
•    Advanced levels of understand and use of software applications in particular MS Office 365 and Power BI
•    Experience from an agile way of working
•    Impeccable organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and adapt at short notice. 
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster strong relationships (both internally and externally)
•    Experience of using of Excel, Power BI to generate reports and model data 
•    Strong organizational and time management/prioritisation skills 
•    Ability to work on own initiative with perseverance to see an activity through to completion.
 

Experience of working in the automotive industry and having a project management is also highly desirable for this role.
