The Director Americas Strategy will develop/execute long-term strategic plans for the Americas producer business units (PBUs) - Sustaining current business and seeking out new growth opportunities.
This position will engage/align with Americas PBU teams around a vision and strategy - Motivating them to promote and lead through transformational change.
The incumbent will coordinate, engage and align all parts of the America's organizations to connect/understand the impact of strategic decisions on a broader scale.
He/She must act as leader who drives innovation, change and long-term strategic vision throughout the organization in the development/deployment of best-in-class practices. This role will lead/own all strategic projects for the America's PBUs
